Assigning a cause to every second
The Analysis view assigns each low-throughput second the first matching cause: radio quality and interference for 45% of the seconds, a single layer (rank 1) for 33%, insufficient coverage for 10%, mobility for 4%. The remaining 8% match no rule: they occur around cell changes. Three distinct phenomena, located on three segments.
