Three tests, one variable

With uplink only, the UE transmits at 12 dBm, in 16QAM on 40 RBs, with 3% retransmissions: 15.5 Mbit/s. As soon as the downlink carrier is loaded, transmit power rises to 23 dBm, the maximum for a power class 3 UE, and stays there. The event engine raises two uplink power-limitation alerts, lasting 58 s and 69 s.
